The house of Pulcinella

The house of Pulcinella

Why Pulcinella?

Pulcinella, a famous Neapolitan mask, is the expression of the poor ill-treated person. Pulcinella appears gullible, inexperienced, a bit silly, but in fact he is a man of many resources. Because he is sympathetic he always manages to get out of even the most difficult situations. Pulcinella is the symbol of the mentally impaired, people who are full of humanity in a difficult world. Through friendship and solidarity they manage to make themselves heard and overcome obstacles without losing their good humour.

The houses of Pulcinella

In the house of Pulcinella they learn skills which are useful in daily life. They enjoy themselves and feel solidarity towards those who are worse off than themselves
