He has graduated in Electronic Engineering at Università degli Studi "La Sapienza" in Rome, and specialized in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering.
He is teaching Fundaments of Sustainable Economy to the University of Camerino.
He collaborates with various public offices, in matter of Environment.
He was part of the Direction of WWF Italy and of ISES Italy.
He is president of the Scientific Committee of the international association Greenaccord.
He has been scientific technical expert to the Institute of the United Nations for the Convention on Climatic Changes (UNFCCC - United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
He is the author of numerous articles and publications on the topic of Economy and Environment.
