The Italian President, Sergio Mattarella, during his visit to Indonesia, went this morning to visit the cathedral in Jakarta, where he met with a group of the Community of Sant'Egidio.
"I really appreciate what you do" the president said after listening to some testimonies of the commitment of the Community to the poor and for the abolition of the death penalty, which is still applied in the country.
