 On Sunday, May 15, in Lichinga (Mozambique), to celebrate the beatification of Karol Wojtyla, was held a conference entitled: "John Paul II and the Community of Sant'Egidio" at the presence of the Bishop and about 200 guests.
In his speech, the Bishop of the City, Mgr. Elio Greselin pointed out the importance of the figure of the Pope and the influence that his charisma has had on society in general.
During the conference was underlined, even by watching a video, the relationship of friendship and fatherhood of John Paul II with the Community of Sant 'Egidio.
