On Sunday 9 March, in Mexico City, there was the meeting of Andrea Riccardi with the Communities of Sant'Egidio from different parts of Mexico City and Puebla.

In his speech, Andrea Riccardi remembered that everyone is a disciple during his whole life and that Mary was the first disciple: "It is she that remembers that the Church belongs to the poor and humble, and reveals that being Christians means being mothers".

Many responded to this invitation, giving testimony to the need for a maternal look in the life of the great Mexican cities, for the street children, the elderly and so many young people looking for an orientation.
